Hub Troubleshooting

    If your Hub is not found, you will be asked to manually enter the 12-digit Serial Number of your Wi-Fi modem. This can be found at the back of the Wi-Fi modem under S/N.
  1. Ensure that you have the Adaptor plugged into the Modem. If you are attempting to set up your hub after 6 hours of plugging in the Adaptor into your Modem, please unplug the Adaptor from the modem first, and after 2 minutes reconnect it to the modem again.
  2. Then, enter the 12 digit serial number in the space provided and hit the Next arrow to try activating your Hub again.
